Lawn Care Terms of Service

We will provide the specific services (e.g., mowing, edging, trimming, debris blowing) as detailed in your service estimate or agreement.

Any work not explicitly listed, such as specialized tree removal or hardscaping, is excluded unless added via a written amendment.

Services will be performed in a professional, workman-like manner consistent with industry standards.

Services are typically performed on a [Weekly/Bi-Weekly] basis during the growing season (typically April through November).

As an outdoor service, our schedule is weather-dependent. Rain or extreme conditions may result in service being rescheduled to the next available clear day.

While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival due to traffic and routing.

Clients must ensure gates are unlocked and the property is accessible on scheduled service days.

Please clear the lawn of toys, hoses, portable furniture, and pet waste prior to arrival. We are not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn.  A service fee will be added for excessive amount of pet waste.

Clients shall provide access to exterior water and electricity if required for the specific services performed.

Fees are based on the initial quote. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for overgrown lawns or significant property changes.

Payments are due at completion, unless otherwise agreed.  Larger projects may require a deposit and/or milestone payments

If enrolled, your card on file will be charged the day following service.

We are not liable for damage to underground cables, irrigation lines, or pipes not clearly marked or buried at improper depths.

Any damage caused by our crew must be reported within 24.  We reserve the right to repair the damage using our own contractors.

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the survival of plants or turf impacted by drought, disease, or client neglect.
